Quality Heating & Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated company located in Shakopee, MN. We are a fast growing company currently in search of a HVAC Installer to join our dedicated team.

Quality is looking for an installer to work on both residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.

At Quality, we strive to keep our employees happy. We enjoy company outings and getting to know our employees each and every day.

Job duties include (but not limited to):
Perform installation on residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
Properly fill out invoices for customer billing and collect payment for said invoices.
Maintain a good working truck stock.
Propose equipment upgrades and add-on's to customers HVAC equipment.

Desired Qualities:
Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated and good work ethic
Ability to pass N.A.T.E Certification Test & EPA certifications
Clean driving record
Experience in wiring low voltage controls
2 years experience in HVAC installation and duct work
