Alex checked out our Air-conditioner which wasn't cooling. She diagnosed the problem to which for our 25 yr old unit was beyond economical repair.
She made suggestions for replacing unit and took measurements for a quote.

Alex was great! Very professional and punctual. She was even thoughtful enough to roll my garden hose back up after using it. She showed up in the time frame that was given to us and upfront about what we needed and what she needed from us.
